Job Description:

Data Engineer to Analyze data engineering problems and develop, build and manage large-scale data structures, pipelines and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows to address complex problems and support business applications.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze data engineering problems
Develop, build and manage large-scale data structures, pipelines and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows
Write ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes
Design database systems
Develop tools for real-time and offline analytic processing
Collaborate with Data Science team to transform data and integrate algorithms and models into automated processes
Test and maintain systems and troubleshoot malfunctions
Build data marts and data models to support Data Science and other internal customers
Integrate data from a variety of sources and ensure adherence to data quality and accessibility standards
Analyze current information technology environments to identify and assess critical capabilities and recommend solutions

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related field
1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation
1 year of experience with Java, Python, or R
1 year of experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
1 year of experience with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
1 year of experience with Spark, PySpark, Airflow, Kafka, or MySQL
1 year of experience with Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
1 year of experience with Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
1 year of experience with Domain support for healthcare or retail organization
1 year of experience with Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
1 year of experience with Relational database concepts
