Data Engineer

• Analyzing and translating business requirements into long-term data models that support advanced analytics and machine learning
• Designing and implementing conceptual, logical, and physical data models in collaboration with our clients and development teams
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for business-critical applications
• Model and optimize data structures to support analytics and reporting needs
• Implement and manage data solutions using Azure and Oracle platforms
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems
• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and team knowledge sharing
• Support the integration of new data sources and technologies
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data modelling role
• Experience in Relational, Dimensional, and Data Vault 2.0 modeling approaches
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services for data engineering
• Proficiency in Oracle database management and development
• Hands-on experience with modeling tools such as Oracle Data Modeler, PowerDesigner, or similar
• Advanced skills in SQL / PL-SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams
• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
