Job Description:

As a Data Engineer, you'll be at the heart of this mission. You'll build the digital backbone that enables AI-driven decision-making. You'll design and optimize scalable data pipelines that transform raw information into immediate intelligence, enabling today's reliable BI reporting and future-proof applications like AI-driven analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and optimizing data pipelines for structured and unstructured sources
Applying modern data architecture patterns (such as medallion) and governance standards
Collaborate with your team on platform and tool choices
Ensuring data quality, integrity and performance at all levels of the platform
Thinking ahead about future applications, such as AI agents and conversational BI
Experimenting with the latest features in Microsoft Fabric and translating these into practical solutions
Share your expertise with colleagues and thus increase the maturity and impact of the entire team
Balancing innovation and stability: ensuring the platform supports both new and existing needs.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in similar projects
Strong skills in Python, SQL and Spark
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse or Databricks
Knowledge of data modeling and layered architecture
Ability to implement best practices in CI/CD, automation and governance
Curiosity to explore AI and MCP as new ways of working with data.
