Job Responsibility:
Working on a high-traffic, consumer product with real-world scale and impact

Requirements:
4–7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a closely related role
Strong programming skills in Python and solid experience with SQL
Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data systems
Experience supporting Machine Learning or AI workflows in production
Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization
Overlap: Eastern Timezone (US)
Close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional setup
Active participation in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
Comfortable working in a distributed team with regular communication and alignment
Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
Nice to have:
Experience with feature stores (Feast, Tecton, or similar)
Exposure to ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, experiment tracking)
Knowledge of streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis)
Experience with Docker and basic containerized deployments
Familiarity with MLOps concepts (model monitoring, drift, retraining pipelines)
Experience in AI-native, SaaS, or data-intensive products
