We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our BI & Data team at a critical stage of our data transformation journey. You’ll play a key role in migrating data into Microsoft Fabric and supporting the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping to build scalable, reliable and future-focused data solutions across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, improving processes and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll be involved in everything from pipeline development and reconciliation testing to data modelling, troubleshooting and automation initiatives. Job Responsibility
Building and maintaining Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lakehouses and data solutions
Supporting CRM data migration into Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
Writing and optimising complex SQL / T-SQL queries and transformation logic
Designing and executing reconciliation testing across migration projects
Investigating data issues and performing root cause analysis
Creating data models and supporting KPI reporting requirements
Working closely with stakeholders to understand business and reporting needs
Managing and improving automated data processes and pipelines
Supporting wider AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Strong SQL / T-SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning
Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience including Lakehouses, Pipelines and Notebooks
Proven ETL / ELT and data engineering experience
Experience supporting CRM or Dynamics 365 data migrations
Data reconciliation and validation experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Nice to have
PySpark or Python within Fabric Notebooks
Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Azure Data Lake
Power BI reporting experience
AI or machine learning exposure
Microsoft certifications including DP-600 or DP-203
