Job Description:

The Spec Analytics Analyst is a trainee professional role aimed at building skills in specialized analytics. The role includes data analysis, model development, and working in a compliance-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
Identify and compile data sets using tools such as SQL and Access to predict, improve, and measure success of business outcomes
Document data requirements, collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory analysis
Develop statistical models, algorithms, and visualizations
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

Previous related experience preferred
Have the ability to retrieve and manipulation data
Working experience in a quantitative field
Possess analytic ability and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, and adaptive to matrix work environment
