Job Description:

The Data Analytics Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently and integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. This role requires applying analytical thought, attention to detail, and project management skills to deliver quality outcomes. Responsibilities include data analysis, integration, applying tools like Hadoop ecosystem, Python, cloud platforms, and offering guidance to new team members. The analyst plays a critical role in achieving objectives while upholding Citigroup's standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

> 6 years relevant experience
experience in Hadoop ecosystem and Big Data technologies
coding expertise with the Hadoop eco-system (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Impala, Spark)
experience with Spark programming (pyspark or scala or java), Python, Unix Shell scripting, Scheduling tools, Data modelling techniques
experience with onboarding and upgrade, migration to cloud platform, tools like Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Github, LightSpeed ROD, Co-Pilot, CI/CD, Devops tools, S3, Data warehouse/ETL tools
knowledge of tools for statistical modeling of large data sets, Regulatory reporting techniques, OLAP
ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques and hands-on with tools like Palantir, Data Catalog, Tableau
demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
