Job Responsibility:

  • Prepares data analysis project plans as well as maintenance of database dictionary
  • Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
  • Works with business stakeholders to identify business problems, opportunities and/or initiatives for which analytics models may provide insights
  • Conceptualizes designs and develops analytics models in addressing complex business problems
  • Translates data into information and insights with clear scenario analysis and business impact and execution plan
  • Works with other team members to include accurate and relevant data for machine learning models
  • Conducts data analysis and designs and develops moderately complex analytic algorithms
  • Models and frames business scenarios that are meaningful and which impacts critical business processes and/or decisions
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to select relevant sources of information, translates business requirements into semantic access, conceptual, logical and/or physical data models
  • Executes data profiling and preventative procedures to improve data quality
  • uses technology to extract and analyze raw data
  • Identifies opportunities and supports the development of automated solutions that will enhance the quality of enterprise data
  • Codes, tests, debugs and documents complex programs, and enhances existing programs
  • Works to develop the specifications of customer and user specific reports
  • Identifies complex areas to solve new technical problems and provides innovative technical solutions within data science and machine learning

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline
  • Spark SQL

  • Ability to use Power BI to build and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Proficiency in Spark SQL and python to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources using Databricks Notebooks
