Data Engineer (GCP & ETL) - VOIS

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyse, and understand data requirements
• Implement and manage ETL processes using tools such as Ab Initio or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Work extensively with GCP services including BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Fusion, and Cloud SQL
• Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and performance across data platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data workflow and system issues to maintain operational stability

• 4–7 years of experience in data engineering or a closely related role
• Strong proficiency in GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Fusion, and Cloud SQL
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ETL tools such as Ab Initio or ODI
• Solid knowledge of Unix and SQL, with exposure to Teradata environments
• Working knowledge of Python is an advantage
