Job Description:

We have a 6 month contract to hire for a Data Engineer/Developer with a background in SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and SQL Programming. Candidate must have 4+ years experience as a Data Engineer with SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server. The position is 100% remote, but the candidate must sit in CST or EST time zones.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as a Data Engineer with SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server
  • Must sit in CST or EST time zones
  • Experience with Data Analysis and Processing
  • Experience with Advanced SQL, SSIS, SSRS
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Active Batch, Control M
  • Experience with diagnosing system issues, engaging in data validation, and providing quality assurance testing
  • Experience with Data Manipulation
  • Data Mining
  • Experience working in a production cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with one or more of the following C# (Programming Language), Java (Programming Language), Programming Concepts, Programming Tools, Python (Programming Language), SQL (Programming Language)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers
  • SQL (Programming Language)
  • High degree of communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details, even under pressure
  • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
