Job Responsibility

Prototype AI Agents: Assist in building and testing AI agents designed to automate internal workflows or enhance data retrieval processes
AI Training: Provide feedback to enhance and optimize the output of agents
Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Experiment with and refine system prompts to improve the accuracy and reliability of outputs
Monitor Model Performance: Identify "hallucinations" or inconsistencies in AI responses and suggest improvements for model grounding
Collaborate with Agile Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and participate in Agile ceremonies
Explore Emerging AI Tools: Research and test new frameworks in the Agentic AI space under the guidance of senior AI and Data Engineers
Document AI Architectures: Help document model schemas, API integrations, and AI governance standards
