Data Engineer Consultant

• Conduct root-cause analysis as and when needed and propose a corrective action plan
• Follow established set of processes while handling issues and for proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams
• Develop/propose innovative approaches on process improvements & automation possibilities
• Responsible for reports, requests (like RFP), Maintaining the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and account payable records
• Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks – incidents, problem tickets, change management process etc
• Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes

• Should have a minimum 6+ years in Data Engineering, Data Analytics platform
• Experience in End-to-End life cycle of Production Support, Migrations, managing Audits, working with Product vendors for any application issues and Development & Business team for any data issues and fixes

• Develop/propose innovative approaches on process improvements & automation possibilities
• Experience in Insurance domain preferred
