Job Description

As an Apprentice Data Engineer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of data systems that enable the organisation to make informed decisions regarding housing services and operations. Working within an on-site Microsoft SQL Server environment, you will help manage data pipelines, integrate systems using API’s, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting in building and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS
  • working with SQL server to query, clean, and manage large datasets
  • supporting API integrations using Mulesoft
  • monitoring data quality and troubleshooting issues
  • collaborating with analysts and business teams to understand data requirements
  • gaining exposure to emerging technologies including Microsoft Fabric

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
  • applicants must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
