Requirements
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programmes
Strong consulting background with experience operating in complex client environments
Experience shaping modern data strategies, architectures and operating models
Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems across AWS, Azure or GCP
Experience working with modern data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or equivalent ecosystems
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership audiences
Hands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI or architecture disciplines
Experience balancing strategic advisory with practical delivery leadership
Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving transformation programmes
Strong systems thinking, connecting business goals, technology, operations and data
Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to proposals, pre-sales or account growth
Experience working within agile, cross-functional delivery environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
