Drive Nemera’s Operations Digital Transformation—unlocking value from data and accelerating our journey towards smarter, more efficient manufacturing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Operations Digital Transformation roadmap: prioritize, coordinate, and ensure successful implementation across all plants
  • Animate digital transformation governance and networks (plant digital project managers, central IT, system owners)
  • Identify and deliver value creation opportunities from data, business intelligence, and AI initiatives
  • Structure and deploy data platforms in partnership with IT, connecting legacy systems and production lines
  • Support the Operations Strategy & Transformation Director in driving the overall transformation roadmap

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer/Data Science
  • 10+ years’ experience, including similar roles in fast-growth, demanding environments
  • Proven project and change management skills in multicultural settings
  • Track record of deploying data use cases in industrial environments at scale
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (approx. 1 week/month)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI/GenAI use cases is a plus
  • Familiarity with manufacturing data exchange standards (OPC UA, Euromap77) is a plus
