Job Description:

Data/CRM Specialist role at a global gaishikei automotive company with a hybrid work model (3 days WFH/week).

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance retention tools by aligning requirements with stakeholders, coordinating with vendors, and managing project roll-outs
  • Execute retention operations, prepare KPI reports, lead monthly meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
  • Manage Salesforce and CRM performance, implement marketing initiatives, troubleshoot systems, maintain data quality, and serve as CRM service desk contact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Involvement in CRM rollout projects or system optimization efforts
  • Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
  • Japanese (JLPT N2)
