Job Description:

In this vital role, you will be at the heart of product lifecycle management, directly contributing to the successful launch and ongoing management of diverse product lines by ensuring the integrity and timely creation of critical product data. Your expertise will empower marketing teams and streamline operations, making a tangible impact on product availability and market success. You will play a crucial role in managing essential product identification codes, acting as a central point of contact between various departments. You will ensure that all necessary product information is accurately captured and processed, facilitating smooth operations from concept to market.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to gather comprehensive information (including shipment dates, item specifications, and vendor details) required for the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and other essential product codes
Accurately categorize and assign unique product identification codes based on specific item types, ensuring consistency and data integrity
Proactively track and manage approvals from key internal departments such as Assembly, Product Information Management (PIM), and Finance to ensure all codes are routed and approved within established timelines
Distribute finalized material codes and universal product codes back to marketing teams, enabling seamless product launch and management

Requirements:

Proven ability to manage and organize detailed information with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for gathering information and providing updates
Proficiency in data entry and experience with data management systems
A proactive approach to tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
