Job Description:

The Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for leading activities that help drive issue management end to end process in Finance Data within the Enterprise Data Office. This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally at senior levels and influence colleagues across different areas.

Job Responsibility:

Drive end to end project management of key Data Transformation and BAU projects for DCRM for Finance Data
Identify and report on Risks, issues and escalations to key stakeholders
Lead activities to ensure roles and responsibilities related to data are understood and implemented
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely execution of milestones
Act as a Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert in DCRM/Issue Management area
Develop agenda, materials and facilitate frequent DCRM Data forums and meetings
Assess risks when business decisions are made

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Banking or Finance industry preferred
Experience in Data Issue Management/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
Project Management Certification and/or relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Data Concern Remediation Management, Data Operating Model practices, Data Issue Management and Data Compliance
Organizational savvy with understanding of systems and management processes

Nice to have:

Master's degree
Project Management Certification
Banking or Finance industry experience
