Data Compliance Risk Management Officer

• Developing and implementing elements of the data compliance risk oversight program
• Developing systems and reporting to facilitate ongoing oversight and monitoring of data compliance risks
• Analyzing controls, issues, data concerns and status of associated remediation and mitigation efforts
• Performing trend analysis for data compliance risks
• Supporting Business Execution initiatives, Cross-Functional initiatives and Compliance Independent Reviews
• Identifying and assessing Citi's key data compliance risks
• Supporting the breadth of systems and reporting needs within DCRO, CRMP and broader ICRM organization
• Supporting development of ICRM data compliance risk strategy, system and reporting requirements
• Data aggregation for all levels of reporting
• Developing, implementing and managing CRMP data aggregation and reporting strategy
• Partnering, collaborating and working with other areas within Citi
• Acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
• Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made
• Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, internal policy changes, and issues and data concerns

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm
• Experience in area of focus
• Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to navigate a complex organization
• Ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, team oriented, organized with high attention to detail
• Awareness of regulatory requirements including local and US laws, international and industry standards

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools (Tableau or Qlik)
• Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus
