As a member of the Data Security and Compliance team, your primary objective is to mitigate data loss risks and enhance Company's alignment with corporate data management policies and regulations (including Export Control, Data Privacy, National Security, and Company Classified Data).

Job Responsibility

  • The privileged interface between regulations / company policies and Application Managers / Business Owners to whom you provide guidance and support in documenting required application details and compliance related information (e.g: ecosystem, scope, users, technical configuration, security measures,...) in order to establish and maintain precise Classification and determine Compliance Levels for all Applications within Company Aircraft perimeter
  • Collaborating with Legal and Web factory teams to ensure that Company-owned websites adhere to industry-leading cookie management standards and guarantee these platforms remain fully compliant with external regulatory requirements and internal privacy policies (i.e: GDPR). Proficiency in the use of OneTrust for Consent Management, this includes basic technical knowledge of OneTrust scripts
  • Support to the team on non-compliance remediation campaigns
  • Creation / Update / Maintenance of specific dashboards and reports including data compliance controls effectiveness monitoring
  • Alerts management (data analysis, response, false positive identification,...)
  • Help on development processes: new use-cases entry into service, testing support, reports review

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree related to IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business management
  • Solid understanding of the different Data regulations such as: Export Control, Data Privacy (e.g: GDPR), National Security, and specific Company Classification
  • Proficiency in addressing topics related to IT and cybersecurity, including related risk management activities
  • Ability to manage data (preparation, cleaning and analysis) as well as maintaining and updating BI dashboarding tools like Looker Studio and Qlik
  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory) with an ability to explain the "Why" behind complex compliance rules to non-expert users
  • Problem Solving & Analytical mindset: Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
