Join Our Team as a Data & Compliance Administrator! Are you passionate about data accuracy and compliance? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions make a real impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a dedicated Data & Compliance Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract from February 2026, to December 2026. In this vital role, you'll work closely with operational managers and report to the Data & Information Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely recording of all business-critical data. You'll play a key part in supporting internal reporting, organisational planning, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across management information systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Review records to identify errors and ensure data integrity at all times
  • Work proactively with colleagues to verify information and support performance monitoring
  • Create and distribute internal and external reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance-related data is correct, resolving any validation issues
  • Manage registrations, certifications, assessments, and compliance-driven procedures

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including Maths and English, or equivalent (Essential)
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Essential)
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes (Essential)
  • Experience working with data accurately and efficiently under pressure (Essential)
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work (Essential)
  • Experience supporting formal assessments (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with specialist records or management information systems (Desirable)
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently with confidentiality
