Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement top-notch DATA centre infrastructures
  • Work with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into efficient and reliable DATA centre solutions as part of the pre-sales process
  • Be responsible for the entire architecture, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power and cooling systems, and physical security measures
  • Evaluate and recommend DATA centre services to align with business needs, ensuring top security and compliance standards
  • Analyse, develop, and recommend long-term plans to ensure DATA centres meet both current and future requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of collaborative solutions
  • Design and optimize network architectures using technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security
  • Manage client proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and specifications
  • Guide members of the Sales team, ensuring they are equipped to close deals and maintain forecasting and sales pipelines
  • Handle scope of work determination, product pricing, and rFP/rFI responses
