Job Responsibility

  • Reviews Process Change Notifications (PCNs) and develops an understanding of the impact to work execution
  • Completes assigned tickets efficiently and in alignment with relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Compiles with Data Center business unit policies, procedures, and deadlines
  • Develops an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment
  • Participates in daily safety briefings
  • Complies with environmental and health safety training and procedures
  • Contributes to a positive and effective team environment
  • Maintains an awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through reporting dashboards
  • Develops an understanding of effective execution order strategy for assigned tasks
  • Performs basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Learns about post-execution verification of grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling
  • Directly performs decommissions, simple changes and refreshes
  • Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents
