Job Description:

The Infrastructure Senior Manager is responsible for driving Datacenter Site Operations at the Mumbai Datacenter, managing a team for 24/7 seamless operations, oversight of Datacenter site functions (access management, asset management, physical infrastructure build, change management, break/fix support), and ensuring compliance with global standards. The role includes supplier governance, risk assessment, and root cause analysis for technical incidents.

Job Responsibility:

delivery of site functions such as access management, asset management, physical infrastructure build-out, change tasks, break/fix support, material handling for physical and information assets
manage Datacenter site operations
manage a team of Datacenter professionals
supplier oversight
ensure high standards for audit ratings and risk mitigation
ensure compliance with global product designs and process standards
infrastructure build-out and capacity management
perform risk analysis for changes
investigate technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
governance of supplier functions and delivery
ensure quality checks and adherence to standardized cabling techniques

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with people management experience
experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
relevant Datacenter Site Operations experience with skills in Datacenter build, Infrastructure solutioning/integration will be an added advantage
ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices
effective written and verbal communication skills
effective analytic/diagnostic skills
ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work to a deadline
