Data Center Project Manager - Compliance

As a Datacenter Project Manager - Compliance, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our data center operations meet the highest standards of audit readiness, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll lead site inspections, drive corrective actions, and implement compliance strategies across the metro, while supporting the onboarding of new facilities. You’ll own key governance and audit controls, partner with stakeholders to close compliance gaps, and maintain critical documentation and continuity plans. With time spent both strategically and on the ground, you’ll ensure our data centers operate to world-class standards in safety, organization, and operational excellence. Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I DCPM Compliance, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
