We are looking for a Data Center Operations & Procurement Specialist to take full operational ownership of our global Data Center footprint. This is not a role for a "ticket coordinator"—we need a driver who can bridge the gap between technical requirements, vendor management, and project execution. Working under the guidance of our Head of Infrastructure, you will ensure our DCs run like clockwork. You will be the glue connecting our Network and Server teams with external providers, managing everything from global hardware logistics and procurement to infrastructure project lifecycles and SLA monitoring.
Job Responsibility:
Operational Ownership: You don’t just watch processes
you own the outcome. You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hardware and the stability of our DC relationships
Infrastructure Project Management: Ability to lead projects involving new hardware tranches, capacity expansions, and site migrations, including creating schedules, installation plans, and maintenance windows
Vendor & Telco Management: Experience in negotiating with carriers and DC providers, monitoring SLAs, handling escalations, and managing contract renewals
Technical Literacy (Infrastructure): While you won't be configuring routers, you must understand rack density, power planning, cross-connects, and the dependencies between Network, Server, and DC environments
Process & Financial Acumen: Ability to connect technical requirements with business reality, including managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, TCO analysis, and integrating workflows with Finance and Legal
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in an infrastructure-heavy environment
Proven track record in at least two of the following: Data Center operations, IT infrastructure procurement, Technical Project Management
Experience in coordinating global hardware deliveries and maintaining accurate asset registries (MOP/SOP/Runbooks)
Possess a broad understanding of the IT lifecycle with deep expertise in operational delivery
Background we value: Former Infrastructure Project Managers with procurement experience, Technical Procurement Managers, ex-Systems/Network Engineers moving into management, or Presales Engineers from IT integrators
What we offer:
Competitive Compensation: We offer an attractive salary package with significant growth opportunities
Cutting-edge Technology: Engage with the latest technologies on large-scale, dynamic projects
Wellbeing: extremely flexible working conditions - you provide service when it is convenient for you and devote as much time as you can
you can work fully remotely
Purpose-Driven Work: High-impact position that offers a massive breadth of responsibility. You will have a real influence on how our global infrastructure scales, working in a role that combines technology, negotiations, and strategic planning
