We’re looking at Project Managers with M&E experience, data center experience and ideally from a consultancy space. Bilingual talents only. Budget is up to 15.5m/annum.We’re hiring as we won 3 new projects and looking for someon

Requirements:

  • Have project management experience, especially on mechanical and electrical trades - ideally with experience during pre-construction phase
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, in both English and Japanese
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
