Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite position requiring a strong understanding of critical facility systems and a commitment to ensuring optimal operational performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • System Expertise: Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including: UPS, Generators, Chillers, Switchgear, Commercial HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment
  • Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
  • 24/7 Support: Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but combination of coursework and experience considered)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
