We are seeking a Data Center Business Program Manager to drive operational and financial discipline across datacenter operations by developing scalable programs, processes, and tools that support procurement governance, budget management, and strategic business planning. The Business Program Manager will partner closely with datacenter operations leaders, supply chain teams, finance, and vendors to streamline procurement workflows, improve cost visibility, and develop scalable tooling and reporting systems. The successful candidate combines advanced program management skills with financial acumen and the ability to build structured processes in a fast-growing, high-scale environment. Job Responsibility

  • Streamline and standardize procurement processes for datacenter operations, logistics, and infrastructure support
  • Coordinate purchase requests, approvals, and vendor engagement to ensure timely and compliant procurement
  • Partner with supply chain and sourcing teams to manage vendor relationships and improve procurement efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to optimize procurement cycles, reduce costs, and improve operational readiness
  • Own the operational budgeting process for the datacenter operations organization
  • Track spending against approved budgets and ensure expenditures align with business priorities and financial targets
  • Partner with finance teams to support forecasting, quarterly planning, and variance analysis
  • Create and maintain process documentation, program governance frameworks, and operational workflows
  • Build scalable processes to support procurement governance, financial controls, and operational planning
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and operational metrics to support decision making
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational execution
  • Support leadership in long-term planning and operational strategy through data-driven insights

Requirements

  • High School Qualification or equivalent AND 3+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
  • Experience working in datacenter operations, infrastructure, or large-scale technical environments
  • Experience with procurement systems, financial planning tools, or ERP platforms
  • Experience building operational dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics, or infrastructure asset management
