Job Description:

As a Data Center Technician, you will be a key member of the support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will share your knowledge of these technologies with team members and possess basic to intermediate system administration skills. You will work autonomously to resolve server issues and have a comprehensive understanding of the equipment you support. You will be expected to take direction well, pay attention to details, and work effectively within a team. You should be receptive to feedback and able to adjust your performance and behavior as required for the position.
