Job Description:

We are seeking experienced data analytics professional to join our Customer Campaign Delivery team on a 12 month FTC basis. Using SAS, SQL and HCL UNICA the team are responsible for delivering regulatory, service and marketing campaigns to develop the customer relationship and drive commercial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, build and execute a range of campaigns, including complex automated and trigger‑based journeys
  • Create the reporting and controls needed to measure campaign performance
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Use strong understanding of customer data, analytical techniques and market technologies to deliver accurate, meaningful outputs

Requirements:

  • Experience using SAS and SQL
  • Background in marketing, service communications, customer selection, or data‑driven campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms that support large insight functions
  • Naturally analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
