Job Responsibility:
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain industries
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and system requirements
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data governance best practices and enhance team capabilities
Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
CBAP Certified an asset
