This role requires a keen interest in data and the ability to implement processes and strategies to enhance data governance across the Business Analyst team and the company as a whole. Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain industries
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and system requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data governance best practices and enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • CBAP Certified an asset
