Data & Business Analyst

• Design, build and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solutions from all the way to data acquisition, rendering, visualization, and distribution
• work with the business and IT teams to build technical solutions, using a variety of data sources and create vivid and impactful analytical dashboards
• build and enhance existing data quality process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of various dashboards and reports
• design/analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements
• lead reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals
• manage overall projects and contribute to identifying solutions for business reporting issues
• provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

• 8+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred, with hands-on experience within one or more area
• finance/FP&A/Controllers Team, understands the products/process
• credit risk/market risk/operations risk
• markets/services/wealth products team
• exposure to use of SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI
• must understand the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills
• adaptable, creative, resourceful, well-organized team player with a strong work ethic
• communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
• effective collaborator, by being able to build relationships and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives
• experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
