Job Description

For our Client in the banking industry, we’re looking for an experienced Data Business Analyst to join the team in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and prioritize business needs with the Product Owner
  • Assess impact, risks, and costs
  • translate needs into user stories and backlog
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support team’s business understanding
  • Contribute to solution and functional architecture design within technical constraints
  • Advise, support, and train team members on functional topics
  • Define and execute functional testing (test cases, plans, manual/automated – BDD/TDD)
  • Support deployment, production monitoring, and user requests
  • Analyze production issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Work in Agile Scrum and actively participate in all ceremonies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Banking background would be a plus
  • Proven SQL skills mandatory (SQL Server, Oracle ...)
  • Collaborative tools (JIRA)
  • Organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Curiosity, being proactive, assertive and a very good team spirit
  • Able to plan & Prioritize work
  • Autonomy, results orientation
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication, oral and written communication
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

Polish and French would be a plus
