Job Responsibility:

  • Using established systems and procedures, it carries out the compilation and preparation of data required at customs, such as invoicing shipments, calculating tariffs, as well as controlling equipment and materials imported/exported to/from Mexico
  • Process and document information for import and export shipments
  • Maintain constant communication with the different service providers that make it possible for the import and export process, considering that logistics are carried out outside the company
  • Report any issues or delays that is detected during the development of customs clearance that may affect the delivery of the merchandise in a timely manner
  • Manage the dispatch and collection of shipments for the different logistics centers and notify as appropriate
  • Make and maintain files with the information declared in the daily operation
  • Keep up to date with the legal requirements that supports the import and export process
