Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Asset Manager to join our Resident and Climate Change team on a 12-week temporary assignment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a vital project while gaining valuable experience and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Asset Management Strategy
Manage & Analyse Data
Drive Investment Planning
Champion Data Integrity
Collaborate & Lead

Requirements:

A qualification in Property Management or Building Surveying
Proven experience in asset management, ideally in the housing sector
A deep understanding of policy issues related to housing and asset management
Excellent ICT skills, including advanced Excel, comfort with mobile devices, and experience working with asset management databases

Nice to have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies
