Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with algorithm engineers to define 3D art specifications and benchmark standards suitable for AI training
  • Establish and optimize the artistic pipeline for 3D data cleaning and Quality Assurance (QA) (covering dimensions such as topology, normals, UVs, and textures)
  • Monitor the quality of models delivered by outsourcing vendors or suppliers and provide actionable feedback for improvement
  • Continuously research emerging trends in 3D Generative AI and explore new standards and best practices at the intersection of data and art

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or related fields
  • Familiarity with the fundamental 3D production pipeline (PBR) and art specifications
  • capable of balancing aesthetic quality with technical constraints
  • Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling and texturing tool (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Substance Painter)
  • 1–3 years of experience in 3D-related industries (Gaming, Film, Asset Library Construction, or Data Production)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in 3D data annotation, model QA, or defining asset specifications
  • In-depth understanding of the PBR material system, model optimization, and rendering pipelines
  • Prior experience participating in AI-Generated Content (AIGC) projects (e.g., 3D diffusion, text-to-3D)
