Job Description:

The Data Architecture Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role combining expertise in Big Data technology, platform modernization, and technical leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders, define technical visions, create solutions, and ensure compliance with security standards while mentoring team members and optimizing performance.

Job Responsibility:

understanding business requirements
collaborating with business stakeholders and product owners
defining technical vision and developing solutions
creating detailed solution designs and architectures
selecting Big Data technologies and designing data processing frameworks
leading platform selection and migration strategy
providing technical leadership and mentoring
designing performance testing strategies
optimizing data processing jobs
maximizing collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders
creating technical documentation
staying up-to-date with Big Data technology trends
ensuring security and compliance

Requirements:

8+ years of experience
good understanding of databases, Linux systems, Big Data systems
good understanding of Core Banking Domain
excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
experience with Agile model, JIRA, Autosys, ServiceNow and other enterprise-level project planning and tracking tools
experience with modernization, transformations, and retirement programs
ability to build relationships with business and technology stakeholders
strong analytic skills, communication skills, and internal customer management skills
good problem-solving skills
