Job Description:

Strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping digital solutions architecture across complex systems for embedded development and multi-threaded environments.

Job Responsibility:

Leading high-level design decisions for digital solutions projects
Modeling and diagramming system architectures
Advising development teams on tools, platforms, and environments
Supporting Agile teams and guiding best practices
Partnering with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to build and manage technical teams

Requirements:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in embedded software engineering, ideally in complex systems (e.g., elevators, escalators, robotics, or industrial automation)
Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or similar languages
Deep knowledge of UML and software architecture modeling
Proven success working in Agile environments (3–5 years)
Experience designing and implementing multi-threaded applications
Strong understanding of system-level architecture and performance optimization
Familiarity with hardware/software integration and real-time systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically
Comfortable advising cross-functional teams and mentoring developers
