Job Description:

The Data Apps Development & Lead Analyst requires expertise in data analytics and the ability to integrate subject matter knowledge across functions. Responsibilities include managing application development teams, coordinating data-related insights with business needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area
manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
contributes to data analytics standards around which others will operate & have acumen to link the Data to the business needs
applies in-depth understanding of how data analytics collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function
resolves occasionally complex and highly variable issues
produces detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available
responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning.

Requirements:

6-10 years experience using codes for statistical modeling of large data sets
ability to traverse around complex data sets & come out with insights
interpret complex product data’s functions & able to model the data to the functional groups needed for business fronting discussions.
