To help a world-known short-video platform reduce low-quality content. Based on the current situation, the client anticipates the training data from this project will help to differentiate various types of ambiguous content, ultimately enhancing the user experience. We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators to join our team. Task: To label categories of video/photo content for Model Training purpose and ultimately enhancing the user experience. This role involves accurately evaluating and labeling content based on quality criteria, ensuring that content is classified according to specific poor-quality categories. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of content quality metrics, and the ability to work with various content types while adhering to defined guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Review and assess multimedia content to determine if it meets specific poor quality criteria
Classify content according to predefined categories
Complete the daily quality and quantity targets set by PM
Be detail-oriented, have a high sense of responsibility, self-learning, and the ability to adapt to changes/updates throughout the project
Requirements:
Chinese speakers
Good command of English (minimum B2 English level)
Educational background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a major plus
Management and/or QA experience in the data annotation industry will be preferred
Attention to detail, and the ability to help others to improve
An up-to-date PC or Mac and a stable Internet connection
Available 40 hours per week during a fixed schedule, no public holiday coverage (i.e. 9 am - 6 pm local time with a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday)
Nice to have:
Educational background in linguistics or experience in language teaching
Management and/or QA experience in the data annotation industry
