Job Responsibility

  • Lead a small team of reporting developers
  • provide direction, coaching, and support
  • ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs
  • enable data to be translated into actionable insight for strategic decision-making and improved operational efficiency
  • work closely with Head of Data and stakeholders to shape reporting service
  • build strong relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • promote a culture of data ownership, quality, and effective use of insight

Requirements

  • Proven experience in reporting and analytics
  • strong people leadership skills
  • ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • confidence in working across a range of audiences
  • strong technical capability: expertise in Power BI
  • good understanding of tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and Databricks
