Job Description:

Shape the future, starting with yours - Join AQA as a data & delivery apprentice and help us expand our global reach in education. Over this two-year programme, you’ll work with our international team, supporting qualification delivery, customer engagement, and market development. You will also work towards achieving a level 3 Data Technician qualification.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learn how international exams are delivered from start to finish by working with regional teams
  • Help gather and organise delivery data, and support improvements to systems and processes whilst working with colleagues during busy periods and assist with tasks for upcoming exam series
  • Understand how schools are approved to deliver qualifications and track their onboarding journey, using data to assess school performance, compliance, and approval timelines
  • Share insights with teams to support better decision-making and process improvements
  • Explore how new international qualifications are created and updated whilst providing data analysis to improve development processes and support assessment changes
  • Help plan market research and develop resources for teachers and learners
  • Generate insights to support curriculum design and updates, analysing feedback, performance data, and trends to evaluate curriculum effectiveness
  • Present your findings to guide curriculum improvements and ensure global relevance

Requirements:

  • At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) including Maths and English
  • An interest in data analysis and process improvement
