Our client, a large retailer, is looking for a strong Data and CRM Lead to join their team in Surrey. The role is hybrid and will be based in the office 3 days a week. It is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £80k + bonus and bens. This role will be leading CRM activities across Europe and you should have experience of a strategic drive of data strategy to improve ROI. You should have worked with a large or enterprise-level CRM system, have experience dealing with very large data sets, and be data-driven. You should also have experience in setting strategies to encourage data acquisition and be able to mentor a strong CRM team. The ideal person will understand CRM strategy and wider Digital strategy and be able to suggest ways of maximizing this. You will have experience with data visualization, data controls, and technologies. You will be a strong communicator with proven experience of working with a large number of stakeholders across the UK and globally. The ideal person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive growth in a large organisation. You must be able to work well with multiple teams, have influencing skills, and be able to motivate an expanding team.
