Job Description

Data & Automation Engineer is responsible for integrating data from multiple platforms and transforming it into actionable insights through BI and AI solutions. This role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, enabling analytics, and automating reporting for support and business decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Integrate data from multiple sources: Salesforce
  • SharePoint (Global Engineering documentation)
  • Supplier systems
  • Technical support platforms (tickets, Q&A)
  • Design and maintain ETL / ELT data pipelines
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems
  • Implement AI-driven analytics such as: Automated insights
  • Anomaly detection
  • Ticket classification and trend analysis
  • Automate report generation and data refresh processes
  • Work closely with integration and business teams to align data models with operational needs

Requirements

  • Strong experience with data integration and transformation
