As a Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a key role in driving collaboration, bringing together data from multiple verticals to analyse and optimize marketing performance across the customer journey. Your work will directly influence business decision-making by delivering tangible reports, insights, and opportunities for improvement. ... Job Responsibility:
End-to-end Journey and campaign analysis, strategic insights & continual performance improvement program
Interface to Region Europe Experience Centre clients to deliver insights, analytics & reporting, integrated across media, content, CRM, social, website, Customer Services
Lead the reporting team (BI manager and analysts) to fulfil reporting use-cases for ROS (regional, stream specific and market specific)
Build consolidated customer journey linking online to offline journey. Identify key touchpoints (and KPIs associated with each touchpoint) across the journey and plan for optimization
Work with stream owners to capture stream specific reporting requirements, build cross-stream KPIs and codify each stream’s contribution in customer journey. Consolidated requirements to be passed over to architect or reporting analysts
Contribute to hypothesis building especially cross-stream hypotheses based on conversation with stream owners. Responsible for initial analysis and recommendations for regional and HQ reports
Work with global team to deploy the taxonomy and governance principles for customer journey in Region EU markets and special markets, follow-up on challenges and solutions for each market
Help setup infrastructure for management, expert and stream specific reports by identifying priority touchpoints and standardizing KPIs around those touchpoints
Hands on, able to capture requirements and work closely with Client and Agency SMEs
Participate in planning efforts, providing inputs as subject matter expert
Support multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences, with heavy emphasis on quantitative methods
master’s degree or PhD is a plus. Degree will not be required with appropriate work experience
7+ years in data & analytics, with experience in complex data environments
Experience managing and leading data and analytics teams, with proven experience building high performing teams. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing analytical talent
Experience leading customer journey strategy and KPI framework design
Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership
Proven project management across multiple initiatives (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Hands-on with Google Analytics (GA4)
Proficient in SQL or Python, with experience leading automation/ETL/efficiency projects
Experience with one BI tool (Power BI preferred)
Media reporting experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
Experience designing and interpreting experimentation (A/B tests, multivariate, incrementality)
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience producing executive-level storytelling and insight dashboards
Exposure to CDPs or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze) is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
