Job Description

The Data & AI Manager serves as the strategic architect of the organization’s information ecosystem, overseeing the full spectrum of data operations and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into a competitive asset through rigorous Data Asset Management, ensuring high standards of quality, governance, security, and compliance across the enterprise. This role is also to architect, build, and scale the company’s internal Generative AI platform and applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing robust LLM-based solutions that integrate deeply with enterprise data sources and legacy systems. The incumbent will lead the engineering team in solving complex technical challenges related to RAG optimization, Agent orchestration, inference latency reduction, and secure deployment within a private/hybrid cloud environment. The goal is to transform business requirements into production-grade, high-availability AI services that drive operational efficiency.

  • 2+ years of experience in GenAI engineering with a proven track record in deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and managing multi-agent systems, preferably within the luxury, retail, or high-touch consumer sectors
