Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the design, launch, and delivery of data and AI literacy programs across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, IT Change Management, and business leaders to implement training and upskilling initiatives
  • Develop and maintain educational materials, resources, and communications to support program objectives
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and community events to build engagement and foster a data-driven culture
  • Track and report on program participation, effectiveness, and impact, recommending adjustments to maximize engagement
  • Support the manager in measuring and reporting on literacy program effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand learning needs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion responsible data and AI practices, communicating their value throughout the organization
  • Assist in building and nurturing a community of practice for data stewards and document management champions

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in program coordination, training, or education, preferably in data, analytics, or AI literacy
  • You have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • You have experience in creating engaging presentations and educational content
  • You take a proactive, innovative, and inclusive approach to program delivery
  • You have strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
  • You demonstrate a passion for fostering data-driven and responsible AI cultures
  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English within a professional setting

Nice to have:

Certifications in AI, data governance, project management, or education are considered assets
