Data Analytics Senior Analyst

• Perform in-depth analysis of data attributes related to core banking systems, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop a deep understanding of core banking data models, including customer, account, transaction, and product data
• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various core banking systems
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data definitions, data lineage, and data quality rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics, particularly in the core banking domain
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data analytics tools and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in a data analytics role, with a strong focus on core banking data
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles
• Experience with ER modeling and data modeling tools
• Knowledge of core banking platforms such as FLEXCUBE, Finacle, or FIS is a significant plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
