Job Description:

The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple teams to identify Data anomalies, drive strategic solution, improve straight through processing, manage and successfully deliver Regulatory commitment scope milestones and use cases
Drive data analysis and solution to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
Works towards continuous improvements in data quality to improve overall health of regulatory reporting and in meeting regulatory commitments
Ensure Documentations are updated
100% adherence to compliance, controls and data access reviews are done timely

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience across in Data projects in the field of Development, systems analysis, System Maintenance and Support functions
Extensive experience system and data analysis
Experience in leading support functions that includes technical root cause analysis and providing short term and strategic remediation
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Data Analysis, Applications Development & Support
At least around 4 or more years of experience in handling large volumes of data or DWH / EDWs or Big Data Platforms
Prior Experience or Exposure to Data standards is an added advantage
Prior Experience working in ETL, Visualization, Data Lineage / Tracing tools
Prior experience in Software Maintenance will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Any certification on data science or related will be a plus (e.g. AI/ML, Cloud, AWS, GCP, PySpark, MongoDB, Big Data etc.)
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Prior Experience or Exposure to Data standards
Prior Experience working in ETL, Visualization, Data Lineage / Tracing tools
Prior experience in Software Maintenance
Any certification on data science or related (e.g. AI/ML, Cloud, AWS, GCP, PySpark, MongoDB, Big Data etc.)
